Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the backdrop and place it back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
