What material are Kate backdrops made of?
Most of our backdrops are made from high-quality, 100% microfiber polyester. This fabric is soft, durable, wrinkle-resistant, and machine washable, making it ideal for professional photography.
How do I remove wrinkles from my backdrop?
Since our backdrops are fabric, you can easily remove any fold lines by using a steam iron on a low temperature or by tossing the backdrop in a dryer on a delicate cycle with a damp cloth.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-12 business days, while expedited shipping can arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom-sized backdrops may require an additional 2-3 days for production.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes, we specialize in custom orders. You can upload your own high-resolution image or request specific dimensions through our Custom Backdrop page to create a unique setting for your studio.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-printed backdrops are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Can the backdrops be washed?
Yes, our microfiber backdrops are fully machine washable. We recommend using cold water and a mild detergent. To dry, you can hang them up or use a dryer on a low heat setting.
